Reading assignments (to do BEFORE Tuesday)

Here are a few documents (just 3) that I'd like you to peruse before our next session.

In these readings you might find ideas that recall your own insights during the EIS Simulation. In any case, you will find key concepts and ideas that can help you in the preparation of your team presentations. Also, on Tuesday, we will discuss these key concepts ... and how they relate to business organizations in France .

Here are links to the readings:

1. The Tipping Point (How to start a revolution)

2. Change Management: Bridging the ‘Knowing-Doing’ Gap

3. Behind the EIS Simulation: An Overview of Underlying Models

Good reading ... and, as usual, if you have any questions, concerns or doubts just contact me or leave a comment here on the blog.
